THE NOSE

The nose is full and varied, with a mix of flowers and fruits, then herbs and minerals. The bouquets are tactile. Pink-white flowers softened by apricot and plums from Merabel. From the freshness of rhubarb and mint to the minerality of ash. White pepper.
