The House of Champagne A. Bergère, which specializes in the production of reserve wines, follows a formula consisting of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, thus preserving the unique expression of each terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand in a friendly atmosphere, before being rapidly pressed and transformed into white wine in a temperature-controlled vat room. The various stages of filtration ensure the purity of the wine.
