ELEGANCE

A RADICAL
ASSEMBLY
Like the Brut Réserve, the Rosé Réserve is distinguished by its daring method, and is the fruit of many exacting requirements. What's more, Rosé Réserve is made exclusively from the juice of the first pressing, and undergoes 3 to 4 years' maturation in Crayères Millénaires, which far exceeds the Appellation's standards.
EASE AND GENORISITY
Blanc de Blancs is made from an extremely demanding combination of 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. The base of the 2016 cuvée is produced from 10 crus of Chardonnay, the region's most sought-after grape varieties. Only the juice from the first press is used to make this cuvée, and the wines benefit from an extended ageing period of 3 to 4 years in Crayères Millénaires, which goes far beyond standard Appellation practice.

EASE AND GENORISITY
Charles Heidsieck's cuvée is characterized by its sincere essence, strength and authenticity. This vintage has a unique identity, defined by abundant richness and structure, complemented by exceptional freshness, resulting in a harmonious blend.
EASE AND GENORISITY
Crafted from a meticulous selection of eleven Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, this combined rosé is distinguished by its smoothness, sophistication and ability to age gracefully for many years. Rosé Millésimé is made from 62% Pinot Noir, including 9% red wine, and 38% Chardonnay. Charles Heidsieck naturally chose the 2012 vintage. Representing a "classic" vintage in the noblest sense of the word, this cuvée seduces with its power, generosity and structure, while retaining exceptional delicacy and vivacity.

Understanding the price range
of Charles Heidsieck champagne
The price of Charles Heidsieck champagne varies according to the type of champagne and the quality of the grapes used in its production. Non-vintage champagnes, such as Brut Réserve, are generally more affordable than vintage champagnes, such as Blanc des Millénaires. However, it's important to note that price doesn't always reflect champagne quality. Brut Réserve, for example, has won numerous awards and is considered one of the best non-vintage champagnes on the market.
The production process
for Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve
Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from different Champagne wine-growing regions. The grapes are meticulously selected and hand-picked to guarantee their quality.
After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the juice fermented. The wine then undergoes a clarification process, before being blended with older reserve wines. The result is a champagne of great aromatic complexity and structure on the palate.
The champagne is then bottled, where it undergoes a second fermentation, known as "prise de mousse". This stage allows the champagne to develop its characteristic bubbles and refine its aromas. Aging on laths generally lasts several years, during which the champagne gains in maturity and finesse.
