The Vintage is the choice of an exceptional year of which only a selection of the Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will enter into the composition of a future iteration of Grand Siècle. A rare and exceptional wine that expresses the character of a year in the style of Laurent-Perrier.
A white gold color with very fine and persistent bubbles.
A nose of great complexity, very flowery, with notes of citrus fruits and white peaches.
A lively attack, a very present wine with a great finesse that gives way to a beautiful minerality and grapefruit notes at the end of the mouth.

Bernard de Nonancourt created the Laurent-Perrier style. He knew how to use the traditional uses of Champagne, but also to initiate and stimulate new technical approaches of elaboration. He gave birth to a range of unique wines, each with its own history and style.
To highlight his champagnes, Bernard had the idea of offering some of them in unique and original bottles. Thus, Grand Siècle is the first bottle of the range, inspired by the first bottles of the 17th century that contained the first champagne wine.

a barely seared langoustine with vanilla and buckwheat, accompanied by its blancmange.
