Delicacy and lightness
"A very light rosé, offering both vinosity and aromatic nuances, ideal for summer aperitifs".
To the eye, the champagne has a luminous and rather fluid robe, of a light raspberry pink color with orange-pink nuances and pale pink reflections.
The first nose carries perfumes of rose, peony and poppy which bewitch you, mixed with intense fruity notes of strawberry, currant, sloe.
In mouth, the Champagne develops a fruity matter pulpy as one pleases, supported by an acidity lemony and of pomelo, well integrated.
Montagne de Reims
Today, the company cultivates fourteen hectares of vines located mainly in Grand Cru (Mailly, Le Mesnil) and Premier Cru (Hautvillers, Cumières, Bisseuil, Trépail, Rilly la Montagne, Villers-Allerand).
Created in Cumières in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc, the Domaine moved to Epernay in 1955 to its current location on the Chemin de la Chaude Ruelle.
The wine-making and maturing cellars have a contemporary architecture in a monastic atmosphere. In these buildings, where only good vibes are tolerated, rests a set of containers of all shapes that will end up assembled in a search for harmony.
In the lower cellars, at a depth of 35 meters, the conditions are ideal for the prolonged aging of the vintages whose names follow one another down the aisles.
