The same spirit of purity is found in the low dosage and the vinification in stainless steel tanks, guaranteeing the respect of the primary aromas. A prolonged aging of 3 years in the cellar brings the final touch to this cuvée where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.

The fruit of a tailor-made blend, Brut Majeur incorporates over 70 crus from all over Champagne. An exceptional supply that enhances the richness of the terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Aube, Vitryat and Sézannais. During the vinification process, 120 individual stainless steel vats each house a different cru, grape variety and year. This care for the raw material preserves the integrity and personality of each cru, resulting in a blend of rare diversity.

Since 1860, the family-owned and independent Champagne house Ayala, located in Ay, has been present in the Grands Crus.
