To the eye, the champagne has a luminous and rather fluid color, pale yellow gold with deep yellow reflections.
The first nose is a floral bouquet, slightly heady and mellifluous, where orange blossom, honeysuckle, acacia, buttercup, lime blossom and jasmine are revealed.
On the palate, the Champagne develops a pulpy and coated fruity matter, supported by an acidity reminiscent of lemon, pomelo and fleshy fruits.
