The Relief for Guide
The Mi-Côtes cuvée from Champagne Maurice Choppin is a blend of wines vinified in oak barrels, aged in the cellar for 36 months. A Champagne of character with many qualities.
Yellow color with straw reflections.
The nose is a bit exuberant with frangipane, well-cooked choux pastry and very ripe pear.
In mouth, we find this maturity, this roasted pear side, growing with a point of gentian. The weak presence of bubbles reinforces our sensation of richness.
clay-limestone and silt soils
