Terroirs

Marne Valley,

The 179 hectares of vineyards of the House are made up of 85% of Grands and Premiers Crus and divided into seven main vineyards: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois and Verzenay in Pinot Noir, Cuis in Chardonnay and Champvoisy in Meunier.

To match perfectly with the vintage La Grande Année 2014, the chef Julien Boscus of the restaurant Origines, in the heart of the 8th district of Paris, proposes here white truffle gnocchi, homemade ricotta flavored with black pork ventrèche, mushroom emulsion.
