The intense, flamboyant color is bright pink. Fine bubbles. The mousse is persistent.
The nose is full and expressive, fresh and youthful. Aromas of freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants.
The palate reveals a balance between velvety and full-bodied. Flavors are reminiscent of fresh, crisp red fruit.
Four words rise to the palate: lively, fruity, fresh, dashing. Qualities that only a blended rosé can offer.

Montagne de Reims
La Maison Taittinger owns the largest intramural vineyard in the city of Reims, planted with 37% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. It provides a small half of its own supply and is certified High Environmental Value.
Other vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Bar complete this quality vineyard.
The Taittinger family, at the helm of the House for almost a century, is constantly striving for excellence: "Having our family name on a bottle imposes a responsibility and a demand on us at every moment. This signature bears both the know-how of the past and a commitment to the future", as Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger likes to say.
A commitment he shares today with his son Clovis and daughter Vitalie.
A finalist in the "meilleur ouvrier de France" competition, Amandine Chaignot also entered a prize that few women have attempted: the Prix Culinaire International de cuisine d'auteur Taittinger, which she finished in second place. She opened her own restaurant, Pouliche, in Paris.
Amandine Chaignot recommends Taittinger Champagne with a Galette des Rois Poulaille et Champignons.
