TASTING NOTES
The robe is a beautiful, luminous golden hue with amber highlights, crowned by a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruits — pear, golden apple — mingle with warm brioche and subtle toasted notes, with a delicate floral undercurrent. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral, the body ample and creamy, with a long, elegant finish on notes of grilled bread and citrus zest.
The composition

Terroirs
Sourced from the Massif de Saint-Thierry, north-west of Reims, on sandy-silty soils of remarkable minerality, shaped by centuries of monastic viticulture. The Clos du Mont d'Hor, rooted in a unique Merovingian terroir, imparts a singular finesse and mineral tension to the wines.
About this house
Champagne Lemaire Père & Fils is a family estate nestled at the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, on the historic grounds of the Clos du Mont d'Hor — gifted by King Clovis to Archbishop Saint Rémi in the fifth century. Passed down through generations, the estate perpetuates an artisanal savoir-faire on an exceptional terroir, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale).
Across 14 hectares of meticulously tended vines, the house crafts champagnes of remarkable elegance and finesse. The minimalist label, embossed in hot gold and bearing the coat of arms of Saint-Thierry — a white eagle above a fruit tree — speaks to a centuries-old heritage in the service of quality.
The perfect pairing
