Blanc de Noirs: the power of black grapes

A ‘blanc de noirs’ is a white champagne made exclusively from red grapes: Pinot Noir, Meunier, or a blend of the two. Despite the dark colour of the grapes, gentle pressing extracts only the clear juice — resulting in a white wine made from red grape varieties.

These cuvées are characterised by the power and structure of Pinot Noir, softened by the generous fruitiness of Meunier.
