TASTING NOTES
A brilliant golden robe with amber highlights, crowned by a fine and persistent effervescence. An open nose of white fruits — apple, pear, white peach — citrus notes, and touches of toasted hazelnut and gingerbread brought by the reserve wines. The palate is full-bodied, vinous and warm, with a long, spiced finish.
The composition

Terroirs
A blend of over 200 crus drawn from the five great Champagne regions — Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Bar and the Sézannais — complemented by 20 to 30% reserve wines to strengthen consistency and maturity.
About this house
Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët in Épernay, Moët & Chandon is the world's largest Champagne house, with over 1,100 hectares of estate vineyards spanning all the appellation's great growing zones.
A member of the LVMH group since 1971, the house has embodied, for nearly three centuries, an ideal of excellence and celebration — built on the art of blending hundreds of crus and vintages to deliver a gustatory signature that is at once consistent and generous.
The perfect pairing
Aperitif
The fine bubbles and generous fruitiness of this Brut pair naturally with warm, golden-fried canapés.
Starter
The aromatic vivacity and vinous roundness of the cuvée elevate the briny, citrus-kissed flavours of pan-seared king prawns.
Main Course
The warmth of the reserve wines and the cuvée's spiced nuances marry beautifully with the earthy, umami richness of morel mushrooms.
