Terroirs
RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2015 is made exclusively from Chardonnay harvested in Cramant - the "chalk mountain" - on the Côte des Blancs, notably from historic parcels acquired by Maison Mumm in 1882. The terroir of this Grand Cru offers ideal climatic conditions and chalky soil, adding freshness to the delicacy of the Chardonnay. After a minimum of three years' cellar ageing, and a light dosage of 6 grams per liter, this cuvée, produced in limited quantities, is ready to be enjoyed.
