Agrapart’s 7 Crus cuvée is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne, blended from seven Premier and Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. A more approachable expression of the house style, it offers a perfect balance of freshness, tension, and generosity. On the nose, fresh citrus, green apple, and white flowers lead the way, while the palate reveals a vibrant, precise texture supported by fine chalky minerality. An elegant, easy-drinking Champagne—ideal as an aperitif or with briny, iodine-rich pairings.

Côte des Blancs

Agrapart's Cuvée 7 Crus is a champagne made from seven villages where the company owns plots: Mardeuil, Avenay Val d'Or, Oiry, Cramant, Avize, Oger and Bergères-les-Vertus, terroirs renowned for their exceptional quality.

This cuvée is made from wines aged in oak barrels and, like all Agrapart cuvées, benefits from full malolactic fermentation.
The wine is then aged for three years on its lees, before being disgorged 60 days before release. The dosage is Extra Brut, at 5 g/L, respecting the purity and precision characteristic of the house.

About this house

Founded in Avize in 1894, Maison Agrapart is now run by Pascal Agrapart, heir to a family tradition handed down from generation to generation. The 12-hectare estate, located on Grand Cru parcels in the Côte des Blancs, is cultivated according to environmentally-friendly practices, with ploughing and the use of local compost. The grapes are vinified on site, without filtration, with natural fermentation and prolonged ageing on lees, giving rise to champagnes of exceptional purity and minerality, a faithful reflection of the terroir.
