TASTING NOTES
A golden robe with amber highlights, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, ripe fruits — candied apricot, golden apple — mingle with notes of brioche, white flowers and a delicate vanilla touch. On the palate, the attack is round and creamy; freshness builds progressively to a long, mineral and fruit-driven finish of great elegance.
The composition

Terroirs
Sourced from the Vallée de la Marne at Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, this blanc de Meunier incorporates 20 to 30% reserve wines drawn from a perpetual solera established in 2011, lending the wines remarkable complexity and stylistic continuity.
About this house
Éric Taillet is a fourth-generation vigneron based in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, at the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Across 5.75 hectares planted 80% to Meunier, he produces around 35,000 bottles per year following a reasoned approach — no fertilisers, no herbicides.
In the cellar, he practises a precise, uncompromising vinification: traditional press, no fining or filtration, ageing in stainless steel, enamelled vats and oak barrels. The perpetual reserve (solera) established in 2011 lends his blends their characteristic depth and aromatic continuity.
