TASTING NOTES
A luminous salmon robe with coral highlights, threaded with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens generously on notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, lifted by a floral hint of rose and a whisper of pepper. The palate is round and indulgent, enlivened by a refreshing vivacity and a discreetly spiced finish.
The composition

Terroirs
A blend of crus drawn from Champagne's three great zones — the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs — complemented by 20 to 30% reserve wines, which ensure the consistency and intensity of the house signature from one year to the next.
About this house
Founded in 1743 in Épernay by Claude Moët, Moët & Chandon is the world's largest Champagne house and one of the most iconic names in the LVMH group. With over 1,100 hectares of vines, it has embodied the art of blending and Champenois elegance on an international scale for nearly three centuries.
The house draws on an exceptional vineyard estate spanning all of Champagne's great terroirs, from the Montagne de Reims to the Côte des Blancs. Its philosophy rests on stylistic consistency and generous fruitiness — hallmarks found across every cuvée, from the Brut Impérial to Dom Pérignon.
The perfect pairing

Its red fruit aromas and delicate bubbles make it an ideal companion to open the festivities.
Starter
The rosé's freshness and vivacity pair beautifully with the delicacy of raw salmon.
Main course
The fruity, lightly spiced structure of the Rosé Impérial engages elegantly with the richness of duck breast and its oriental notes.
