TASTING NOTES
The Blanc de Blancs presents a pale gold robe with silver highlights, offering a nose of fresh citrus, white blossom and delicate brioche. The Rosé appears in a sumptuous salmon-hued dress, revealing aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and a whisper of peony. On the palate, the pair offer an elegant contrast: the lemony vivacity and minerality of the Blanc de Blancs answer the fruity roundness and gentle freshness of the Rosé.
The composition

Terroirs
Both cuvées blend grapes drawn from 30 to 40 Champagne crus — Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne — with 20 to 30% reserve wines to ensure the consistency of the Ruinart style vintage after vintage. Chardonnay reigns supreme in the Blanc de Blancs (100%), whilst Pinot Noir lends its fruit-driven structure to the Rosé.
About this house
Founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, Maison Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house in the world. Based in Reims, it has cultivated an exclusive devotion to Chardonnay for nearly three centuries — a grape that defines the identity and elegance of every cuvée it produces.
Since January 2026, Caroline Fiot, an agronomist and Chardonnay specialist oenologist, has led the cellars, continuing the Maison's pursuit of elegance and minerality. A pioneer of sustainable luxury, Ruinart introduced its iconic 'second skin' — a 100% recyclable cellulose case that significantly reduces the carbon footprint of each bottle.
