Champagne Beaugrand - Rosé Brut, this Champagne de terroir combines the finesse of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir with the fruitiness of our Pinot Meunier vinified in red.
Elegant and gourmand, with a delicately chiselled nose, we find aromas of redcurrants, raspberries, wild strawberries and pastries.
Facing south-southeast, our Chardonnay vines are planted on clay-limestone soil from the Upper Cretaceous period.
"Our working methods remain traditional. We have turned to integrated viticulture, favoring grass cover. This allows us to avoid using herbicides or insecticides."
All our cuvées are made from 45-year-old vines grown on grass-covered soils. We use selected organic yeasts. Malolactic fermentation produces generous, complex wines of great finesse.
