The Brut Rosé from Deutz is made almost exclusively from Pinot Noir, and a zest of Chardonnay.

The specificity of its style and its color is obtained by the addition of red wine from a plot of old vines on the Aÿ coast, and a plot called "Meurtet", both benefiting from an excellent exposure.
