Champagne grape varieties Carbon

Terroirs

Côte des Blancs

In our brut bottle, the three grape varieties make up a harmonious blend: Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Noir 35% (Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy, Ambonnay) and Pinot Meunier 5%. Chardonnay structures the whole, Pinot Noir adds depth and fruity notes, while Meunier enriches the aromatic density. Powerful without ever assaulting the palate, this champagne combines freshness and roundness for a clean, long and elegant finish. After 30 to 36 months' ageing on the lees in the cellar, Champagne Delamotte Brut, like all Delamotte champagnes, is lightly blended to perfection.
