De Sousa
Petite Mousse (EN)
0,75L
In the past, some cuvées were drawn sweetened in bottles with a less sweet liquor. These champagnes, called "Petite Mousse", had a lower pressure. The bubbles of this rosé are finer, the flavors more aromatic and the wine is lighter.

About this house
The vineyard is located on the finest terroirs in Champagne, and 3/4 of the vines are over 45 years old.
The cellar, dug into the chalk of the Champagne region, has a constant temperature of 10°C. Each cuvée ripens slowly in perfect tranquillity.
Erick De Sousa has gradually converted to biodynamic viticulture: the vines are worked with respect for nature and the environment. Today, thanks to a transition of passion, the family story is taking shape with the new generation.
