Champagne Cordeuil Père & Fille, the first organic cuvée of the house, this pure pinot noir from our parcels of Ville sur Arce (village of the Côte des Bar) reveals the power of our terroir through plants of about thirty years. Vinified without malolactic fermentation, this wine spent six months in tuns.

This amber colored champagne with golden reflections has a beautiful effervescence and a persistent cordon.
The nose of this champagne is open and greedy, carried on the register of ripe yellow fruits and more particularly with notes of quetsche. Some touches of gingerbread complete this expressive nose.
On the palate, this champagne has a nice lively and fresh structure throughout the tasting. The mid-palate offers us a nice volume. The finish is supported by an acidity reminiscent of lemon peel.

Côte des Bar, Noé-Les-Mallets
The terroir of the Aube is unique. It is created by a particular climate with a strong influence of the Langres plateau, a soil composed of a clay-limestone mother rock.
In the Côte des Bar, don't look for chalk... there isn't any! This terroir is more similar to the terroir of Chablis than to that of Reims.
About this house
Cordeuil Père & Fille is a family business, now pampered by the 3rd generation. Being concerned about the environment, half of our vineyard is entirely certified organic since 2019.
We prefer champagnes aged in our cellars for a minimum of 6 years.
