The terroir of the Aube is unique. It is created by a particular climate with a strong influence of the Langres plateau, a soil composed of a clay-limestone mother rock.

In the Côte des Bar, do not look for chalk... there is none! This terroir is more similar to the terroir of Chablis than to that of Reims.

About this house

The house Cordeuil Père & Fille is a family exploitation, now pampered by the 3rd generation. Being concerned about the environment, half of our vineyard is fully certified organic since 2019.

We prefer champagnes aged in our cellars for at least 6 years.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you in our cellars to let you taste the fruit of our work.
