This cuvée is made exclusively with Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, notably Avize, Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Thanks to its ideal exposure and cool climate, the grapes ripen slowly, producing an elegant, precise and perfectly balanced expression of Champagne's king grape variety.
