Terroirs

Montagne de Reims

Arnaud Moreau's Cuvée Odysséedraws its unique character from an exceptional terroir: the chalky hillsides of Bouzy, classified as a Grand Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The deep, south-east-facing chalky soil gives the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay used in this cuvée mineral freshness, elegant tension and vitality. This is a typical Champagne terroir - powerful, refined and expressive - which enables L'Odyssée to reveal complex aromas and an assertive structure, while retaining remarkable precision on the palate.
