Discover the Phoenix cuvée by Arnaud Moreau, a Grand Cru champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir, both powerful and refined. Sourced from the chalky slopes of Bouzy, it reveals an intense and vibrant expression of the emblematic black grape of the Montagne de Reims. Its generous nose combines red fruits, gingerbread, and orange peel, while its taut, saline, and elegant palate captivates with depth and finesse. A distinguished and expressive blanc de noirs, perfect for complementing a fine meal or adding a touch of surprise to a refined aperitif.
Cuvée Phoenix is distinguished by its pale pink color and fine, lively mousse. The nose reveals aromas of cookie, gingerbread and candied orange peel, before opening up to intense fruity notes of tart raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, this 100% Pinot Noir reveals liveliness and remarkable tension, supported by saline minerality and a subtle bitterness that lengthens the finish. An expressive, elegant and energetic cuvée, ideal for lovers of well-crafted blanc de noirs.
Montagne de Reims
Cuvée Phoenix draws its uniqueness from the chalky soils of Bouzy, an emblematic Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims. Composed of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it flourishes on southeast-facing slopes ideal for optimal ripeness, where the chalky soil lends freshness, tension and elegance to this cuvée. This exceptional terroir brings out the fruity, mineral aromas typical of Bouzy Pinot Noir, resulting in a powerful, refined champagne of great purity.
Champagne Arnaud Moreau is a family-run estate located in Bouzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, which cultivates exclusively Grand Cru vineyards using sustainable viticulture methods. Taken over in 2007 by Arnaud Moreau, an engineer by training, the estate favors natural methods and low dosage to reveal the purity and finesse of the chalky terroirs of Bouzy and Ambonnay. With modest production and great attention to detail, the house offers elegant, modern and highly expressive champagnes, perfectly reflecting their exceptional origins.
