Terroirs
More than 30 wines from Champagne's most prestigious terroirs, whose composition is kept secret. The selection is made exclusively from the first pressing - the "cuvée", the purest - of the three grape varieties, most of which are vinified in small oak barrels. The blend is mainly dominated by terroirs from the northern Montagne de Reims and the first few kilometers of the right bank of the Marne Valley, highlighting Pinot Meunier in this cuvée D:Z. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir then come into play in equal proportions.

Dishes
This Dosage: Zéro champagne pairs well with seafood and fish.
Chef's word
Renowned for its exceptional quality in Champagne, half of the blend is made from "reserve wines". They play an essential role in the creation of Cuvée D: Z. Some have been fermented for the first time in barrel, then kept in stainless steel. Some have been aged in bottle for over 10 years, intensifying their autolysis.
