Terroirs
Terre de Vertus is a parcel of Chardonnay vinified separately since 1995. It's called Les Barillers and is located in the middle of the Vertus hillside. This terroir is very special, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. The balance is there, no need to blend!

Larmandier-Bernier is a family-run company based in Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs region, specializing in terroir Champagnes. Run by Pierre and Sophie Larmandier, it has been practicing biodynamics for over 20 years, cultivating its vines without herbicides or chemical fertilizers to reveal the minerality of the chalky soils. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrels and foudres, her Champagnes combine purity, precision and elegance. A benchmark among great winemakers' Champagnes.
