Cuvée N.P.U., short for Nec Plus Ultra, was born of an unshakeable determination to produce the very best Champagne, whatever the cost and constraints. It all starts with a harvest of excellence. Since its creation, only eight vintages have been judged to meet Bruno Paillard's exacting standards: 1990, 1995, 1996, 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004 and finally 2008.

Like all excellent white wines, to enjoy this wine to the full, you need a slightly cool temperature (start at 8 to 10°, then gradually warm up), a glass with a fairly wide body and a slightly narrow rim. This demanding wine will only reveal its secrets with a certain amount of patience.
