It took eighteen years to reveal the harmony of the wine in the vintage 2003 bottles that remained in our cellars, undisgorged, after its first release in 2012.
The bouquet of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2 blossoms, in a balance that is both airy and held. Now tactile, the fruit asserts its presence with vigor and elegance. Theminerality is always present, developing to reappear in a saline finish with a few roasted notes.

The Montagne de Reims
Nature put Dom Pérignon to the test in 2011, with frosts, floods and heat waves battering the Champagne vineyards.
