CHAMPAGNE VIGNON &FILS

A family Champagne house based in Verzenay,
Grand Cru de la Montagne de Reims

Since 1946, Champagne Vignon Père & Fils, based in Verzenay in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, has been perpetuating a family heritage deeply rooted in Champagne tradition. Owner of 6.70 hectares of vines located exclusively on the Grand Cru terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy, it produces plot-based, vintage champagnes of the highest quality.

Driven by the passion of the third generation, the house favors artisanal vinification: old Pinot Noir grapes, barrel ageing, natural yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal chaptalization. With low dosage levels, often Extra-Brut, its cuvées reveal the purity of the terroir and appeal to lovers of elegant, fresh and complex champagnes. Recognized as a benchmark among Champagne's independent winegrowers, they combine sincerity, precision and character in every bottle.

A sustainable vineyard on the exceptional terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy

All our champagnes are produced exclusively from grapes grown on our 6.70-hectare family estate, spread over the prestigious Grand Cru terroirs of Verzenay and Verzy. Although not certified organic or biodynamic, the domaine adopts a respectful viticulture, limiting intervention and favoring the natural balance of the soil and vines.

Official certification in sustainable viticulture (HVE) is currently underway, affirming the estate's commitment to biodiversity, environmental quality and responsible production. This approach, consistent with the estate's philosophy, guarantees healthy, expressive grapes, faithful to the unique identity of the Champagne terroir.

Stéphane Vignon: the excellence of a Grand Cru winemaker in Verzenay

At the head of the family-owned Champagne Vignon Père & Fils, Stéphane Vignon embodies a new generation of independent winemakers. Based in Verzenay, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, he makes his champagnes from 6.70 hectares of Grand Cru vines, of which he vinifies 2.8 hectares into his own cuvées.

His philosophy is based on respect for the terroir: parcel-by-parcel vinification, indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, ageing in old barrels, and very low dosage for a pure expression of Pinot Noir. His style is characterized by taut, elegant, saline and structured champagnes with a distinct personality.

Committed to sustainable viticulture, Stéphane Vignon has also made a name for himself at the finest gourmet tables, and has already received over 80 medals for the quality of his wines.

A winemaker to watch for lovers of terroir champagnes, precise and deeply authentic.

Cuvées with character, reflecting the terroir and know-how of Vignon Père & Fils
