In the mouth
The attack is full-bodied, carried by the texture of the Ambonnay terroir and greedy aromas of fresh red fruit. The Avize Chardonnays then reveal their saline, lemony dimension, offering verticality and freshness. Harmoniously linked by the structure of the Pinot Noir d'Aÿ, this Grand Vin reveals a long finish, sustained by beautiful bitters and notes of orange peel.

Terroirs
Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne
Cuvée Triptyque draws its richness from the blend of three great Champagne terroirs. Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs brings purity and mineral tension, Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims offers structure and complexity, while Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne adds roundness and fruitiness. This mosaic of chalk and clay-limestone soils, combined with a cool climate, results in a balanced, precise and harmonious expression, true to the oenological vision of the Maison Barons de Rothschild.
