Rosé de saignée (EN)

0,75L

Rosée de Saignée from Larmandier-Bernier is an exceptional rosé Champagne, made in Blanc de Noirs from Pinot Noir grapes grown mainly on the terroirs of the Côte des Bar, another emblematic wine-growing region of the Champagne region. This wine is the result of a saignée method, in which part of the press juice from the black grapes is left in contact with the skins for a few hours, giving it a delicate colour and a deeper structure.

About this house

Larmandier-Bernier is a family-run company based in Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs region, specializing in terroir Champagnes. Run by Pierre and Sophie Larmandier, it has been practicing biodynamics for over 20 years, cultivating its vines without herbicides or chemical fertilizers to reveal the minerality of the chalky soils. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged in barrels and foudres, her Champagnes combine purity, precision and elegance. A benchmark among great winemakers' Champagnes.
