    This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a limited edition from the Carbon wine library. After a cold winter and a rainy spring, summer started with a heat wave in July. The harvest was sunny, perfuming the grapes with a sweet and gourmet note.

    After days and nights of reflection, the essence of Carbon became obvious. 1095 days of experimentation to create its own identity and obtain a perfect bottle. Each of the vintages is made with fervor by small hands, where the exceptional is hidden in each step, 37 in total. Carbon fiber became the material of choice.

    A wine of patience, the breathing and aromatic unveiling gradually sets in, it then unfolds with a great creamy and milky scope. The soul expresses the richness of butter, caramel, nuts and forest honey.
