Champagne Dom Pérignon "Vintage 2015" exists only as vintage. Only the best grapes from a single year are chosen. Each vintage is singular and reinterprets the unique character of the seasons. Dom Pérignon dares not to declare a vintage if the result is not exceptional.
After more than eight years in the cellar, the wine reflects the perfect balance of Dom Pérignon, its most beautiful promise. It is Dom Pérignon Vintage, the fullness of harmony.

THE WINES OF THE HOUSE OF Dom Pérignon
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 offers a complex aromatic profile blending cocoa, roasting and delicate floral notes of lime blossom, jasmine and peony. Enhanced by spices such as aniseed and cardamom, it reveals a fruity, vegetal freshness with hints of orange and green papaya.
This vintage is distinguished by its amplitude and delicacy, combining peach, citrus and gentian in a rich, balanced texture. Capturing the essence of exceptional terroirs, this cuvée promises an unforgettable taste experience.
2015, generosity and balance
The 2015 wine year was distinguished by its remarkable climatic contrasts, beginning with a particularly cold spring, followed by a prolonged period of heat and drought until the end of August. The harvest, which began on September 7 in bright sunshine, benefited from the impeccable health of the vines, revealing exceptional generosity and balance in the grapes. This vintage promises remarkable aromatic richness, capturing the unique essence of the year.
In 1668, the young Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon was appointed procurator of the Abbey of Hautvillers, high up in the Champagne region.
Having succeeded in transforming wine into champagne, he has since embodied the original and mystical character of champagne creation.
Dom Pérignon is driven by an unwavering commitment: each vintage reflects the uniqueness of its year.
With each vintage, Dom Pérignon tirelessly pursues a profound aesthetic ideal: to create and reveal the harmony of a constantly evolving nature.
Chef Marco Fadiga prepares a carpaccio of prawns to accompany this romantic, graceful, very long and, above all, legible champagne.
It's a racy champagne that's already a pleasure to drink as an appetizer.
