CHAMPAGNE GOSSET GRAND VINTAGE 2015 BRUT

"A FRESHNESS TO SHARE GOSSET GRAND VINTAGE 2015 BRUT CAMPAIGN"

For Maison Gosset, a fine vintage cannot be decreed. It is sketched out at the time of the harvest, refined in the secrecy of the cellars, confirmed under the expert eye of the oenologist, before revealing itself in the open after years of maturation. It is precisely this approach that has given birth to the latest Champagne Gosset: Grand Millésime 2015 Brut.
"A GREAT CHAMPAGNE, WHICH WILL LIGHT UP YOUR SUMMER"

"It all started with a singular harvest, having inspired the Chef de Caves of the Gosset House to create a cuvée of incredible freshness. Thanks to grapes that lend themselves to the elaboration of a fruity cuvée with sunny tones, this Grand Millésime 2015 Brut brings together the best of two worlds: a Grand Vin, which can be appreciated in all simplicity. As unique as the age-old know-how of the oldest Champagne House, this cuvée with its assertive identity will be the perfect accompaniment to a garden party.  It will be appreciated to share a bottle in the sunset, but Grand Millésime oblige, it will also be the perfect ally of the most refined tables."
"A LIVELY AND FRUITY PROFILE..."

To the eye, the crystalline, luminous and slightly golden color of this Grand Millésime 2015 Brut reveals an extremely fine and clustered effervescence. Its nose, fresh and acidic, is as greedy as it is elegant, expressing pastry notes and aromas of fresh fruit: nougat, frangipane, candied orange, mirabelle plum. And we can guess a delicate touch of Passe-Crassane pear, cut with a dash of Williams pear liqueur. On the palate, this tonic wine develops a beautiful tension around fruity aromas: nectarine and yellow peach, with a tangy note of "rhubarb. The finish is clean, frank and mineral, leaving a touch of salinity and verbena."
... FOR UNIQUE TASTINGS"

At the table, this Grand Millésime 2015 Brut and the Grand Blanc de Blancs will go wonderfully with fruity or spicy dishes: lemongrass pou- let, lamb tagine with preserved lemon and almonds, roasted prawns and rice pilaf, but also with grilled vegetables à la plancha. This wine also goes remarkably well with certain desserts, such as a rhubarb or lemon meringue pie. A beautiful effervescence, which will refresh the taste buds."
