Freshness

Harmonious balance between the various components of acidity.

Roundness

Supple, easy-drinking champagne, the acidity doesn't clash with the palate.

Power

Generous champagne with great intensity.

Long on the palate

Champagne aromas linger on the palate.

Tasting

The grapes used for this no dosage champagne come from Vincent Laval (Meunier), Benoît Lahaye (Pinot Noir) and David Léclapart (Chardonnay).

Intense golden color. Rich nose with lots of autolytic aromas (toast, yeast), oak spice, hazelnut, mirabelle plum, ripe apple and chalk.

This is a mesmerizing and convincing champagne. The palate is concentrated, but with an underlying mineral and citrus note that carries through to the long finish. A wonderful and singular wine.
