This champagne is made from the purest grape juice, enabling Laurent-Perrier to create “La Cuvée” in magnum, a wine of great finesse and freshness, patiently developed through long cellar aging.
The choice of a high percentage of Chardonnay defines the style and personality of Maison Laurent-Perrier. Purity, freshness and elegance are the watchwords of this emblematic cuvée, a true initiation to the spirit of the House.
Sold in a magnum box.
Robe
The magnum of La Cuvée Laurent-Perrier reveals a pale gold color with crystalline reflections, sublimated by a fine, persistent effervescence. The full, even foam cordon reflects the meticulous attention to detail at every stage of production.
Nose
The nose opens with delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers, offering an immediate sensation of freshness. In the background, subtle notes of vine peach and white-fleshed fruit bring complexity and richness, testifying to the maturity of the wines used in the blend.
Palate
The palate is lively and elegant. Fruity flavors unfold harmoniously, carried by the characteristic finesse of Chardonnay. The finish is long and airy, seductive in its lightness and persistent freshness.
Montagne de Reims,
Côte des Blancs
Located in the heart of the charming village of Tours-sur-Marne, Maison Laurent-Perrier relies on a high-quality vineyard, complemented by long-term partnerships with selected winemakers from the most prestigious terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs.
Bernard de Nonancourt is the creator of the Laurent-Perrier style. Drawing on the traditions of the Champagne region, while infusing bold technical innovations, he has fashioned a range of singular wines, each with its own history and style.
To sublimate his champagnes, he imagines unique and original bottles. Grand Siècle inaugurates this approach, with a bottle inspired by the 17th-century bottles that contained the first champagne wines.
Stéphanie Le Quellec, Michelin-starred chef at La Scène, the gastronomic restaurant of the Prince of Wales in Paris, unveils her signature dish in harmony with "La Cuvée" from Champagne Laurent-Perrier:
a lightly seared langoustine with vanilla and buckwheat, accompanied by its blancmange.
