Champagne Laurent-Perrier has always favored Chardonnay as the majority grape variety in all of its Cuvées and has been a precursor of the Brut Nature category since 1981 with Ultra Brut.
The House had to bring this grape variety through a Cuvée; only the Coteaux de la Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs planted with Chardonnay have been selected and picked at perfect maturity with low acidity to enter the blend of this Blanc de Blancs.
A Nature cuvée: no added sugar, zero dosage.

About this house
Bernard de Nonancourt created the Laurent-Perrier style. He knew how to use the traditional uses of Champagne, but also to initiate and stimulate new technical approaches to winemaking. He created a range of unique wines, each with its own history and style.
To highlight his champagnes, Bernard had the idea of offering some of them in unique and original bottles. Thus, Grand Siècle is the first bottle of the range, inspired by the first bottles of the 17th century that contained the first champagne wine.

This Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a true wine for gastronomy that goes well with the finest fish. Accompany a salt-crusted sea bass or scallops with brio.
It is advisable to serve Blanc de Blancs with a noble fish dish such as squid marinated in lemon, thyme and olive oil, cooked a la plancha.
