About this house
Bernard de Nonancourt created the Laurent-Perrier style. He knew how to use the traditional uses of Champagne, but also to initiate and stimulate new technical approaches to winemaking. He created a range of unique wines, each with its own history and style.
To highlight his champagnes, Bernard had the idea of offering some of them in unique and original bottles. Thus, Grand Siècle is the first bottle of the range, inspired by the first bottles of the 17th century that contained the first champagne wine.
The Perfect Agreement
Between the Champagne and its dish
The aromatic richness of this Cuvée Rosée allows it to accompany marinated raw fish, grilled prawns and parma ham perfectly.
The most daring will marry this wine with exotic cuisine such as Asian or Indian cuisine with which the duo formed is breathtaking.
For dessert, choose a light and fruity dessert such as a chestnut and fig rice pudding. You can also dare to associate Rosé with red fruits, pomegranates and cherries...
Stéphanie Le Quellec, starred chef at La Scène, the gastronomic restaurant of the Prince of Wales in Paris, unveils her signature dish in harmony with "La Cuvée" of Champagne Laurent-Perrier:
a barely seared langoustine with vanilla and buckwheat, accompanied by its blancmange.
