A seductive pale golden yellow color, subtly tinged with green highlights. Bright and luminous, it is enlivened by a fine, lively effervescence, marked by a persistent cordon.
On the first nose, the aromatic intensity is remarkable, dominated by bright notes of fresh fruit, particularly ripe citrus. The second nose reveals great finesse, imbued with subtle floral and white-fleshed fruit aromas, such as white peach.
On the palate, the attack is supple and perfectly balanced. The round, harmonious texture is carried by a lovely freshness. The vinosity remains under control, highlighting aromas of nectarine, citrus fruit and elegant minerality. The long, refreshing finish delicately prolongs the tasting experience.

Terroirs
Marne Valley,
Côte des Blancs
A large majority of Premiers Crus from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims give this cuvée its characteristic aromatic finesse. They are harmoniously complemented by Sézannais wines, renowned for their roundness. Finally, a few touches of wines from the northern Vesle valley bring freshness and lightness to the whole.

About this house
Ruinart was founded on September 1, 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. His uncle, Dom Thierry Ruinart, a learned Benedictine monk, had an intuition about this new "sparkling wine" from his native Champagne region...
The creation of Ruinart coincided with the birth of the French art de vivre. A genuine culture of goodness and beauty was born, with a focus on fine, elegant, delicate and rare tastes.
Driven by a constant quest for excellence and perfection, Ruinart has made the unique choice of chardonnay, a rare and fragile grape variety, the common thread running through all its cuvées.

Inputs
As a starter, it goes very well with all seafood and shellfish: it's perfect on sea bass or sea bream tartar, for example.

Fish dishes
When it comes to food, pair this Blanc de Blancs with fish. Sole a la plancha would be a perfect accompaniment.
