Taittinger Brut Prestige champagne is the result of a blend of around fifty different crus. This non-vintage cuvée contains a large proportion of chardonnay, which makes it a rarity among non-vintage champagnes. Taittinger's Brut Prestige champagne seduces with the frankness of its aromatic expression, its balance, its finesse and its liveliness on the palate.

THE VINTAGES OF THE HOUSE OF TAITTINGER
The Brut Prestige Taittinger has a brilliant straw-yellow color, highlighting the finesse of the string of bubbles and the persistence of the mousse.
On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, delivering notes of yellow and white-fleshed fruit combined with greedy vanilla. Hints of brioche appear, reflecting the presence of Chardonnay.
On the palate, this champagne evolves with freshness and harmony. Delicious notes of fruit and honey are delicately expressed.
Marne Valley,
Montagne de Reims
La Maison Taittinger owns the largest intramural vineyard in the city of Reims, planted with 37% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. It provides a small half of its own supply and is certified High Environmental Value.
Other vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Bar complete this quality vineyard.
The Taittinger family, at the helm of the House for almost a century, is constantly striving for excellence: "Having our family name on a bottle imposes a responsibility and a demand on us at every moment. This signature bears both the know-how of the past and a commitment to the future", as Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger likes to say.
A commitment he shares today with his son Clovis and daughter Vitalie.
A finalist in the "meilleur ouvrier de France" competition, Amandine Chaignot also entered a prize that few women have attempted: the Prix Culinaire International de cuisine d'auteur Taittinger, which she finished in second place. She opened her own restaurant, Pouliche, in Paris.
Amandine Chaignot recommends Taittinger Champagne with a Galette des Rois Poulaille et Champignons.
