Le Comtes de Champagne Rosé 2011 reveals to us the surprising beauty of time: the time of waiting for the precious moment when we choose to taste it after long years of maturation; the time of its slow and complex discovery according to the exceptional aromas which are expressed delicately and harmoniously in the glass, and the time of the imperishable memory of our emotions at this moment.

Tasting

Robe:
Brilliant and bewitching, the robe seduces with its golden hue, adorned with subtle red reflections. Theeffervescence of this Champagne is of great finesse.

Nose:
A dense, complex bouquet with iodine notes and aromatic precision. With aeration, it reveals fruity (black fruit, cherry) and floral (acacia flowers) fragrances. Luscious notes of gingerbread, mandarin peel, mint and licorice blend harmoniously with refreshing aromas of sweet spices (turmeric, saffron).

Palate:
A subtly fruity, delicate attack paves the way for a full-bodied palate with silky tannins. The minerality of the Chardonnay gives this rosé champagne an exquisite balance of aromatic finesse, freshness and fruity expression.
