Champagne Note 90

The Structure

Discover the structure of this Champagne

Freshness

Harmonious balance that exists between the different components of acidity.

Roundness

Soft Champagne easy to drink, the acidity does not hurt the mouth.

Power

Generous champagne, with a great intensity.

Length in mouth

The aromas of Champagne persist in the mouth.

The Tasting

The robe is brilliant, pale yellow with silver reflections. The bubbles are fine and form a persistent foam cordon.

The nose is fine and fresh. The first aromas are mineral and quickly become vegetal, then floral with scents of elderflowers mixed with spicy touches of cinnamon.

The attack in mouth is lively and frank, dominated by notes of very fresh citrus fruits. Then it becomes much fuller, round and silky, accompanied by flavors of white peach in syrup. The finish is long, rich and explosive. Prélude " Grands Crus " is a wine that combines finesse and complexity

Marque Taittinger

About this house

The Taittinger family, which has been at the head of the House for nearly a century, has a permanent quest for excellence: "Having the name of our family on a bottle imposes a responsibility and a requirement at every moment. This signature carries both the know-how of the past and the commitment for tomorrow", Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger likes to say.
A commitment that he shares today with his son Clovis and his daughter Vitalie.
