Terroirs
Montagne de Reims
Cuvée Rosé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a rigorous selection of crus located mainly in the Montagne de Reims, notably around villages classified Grand Crus or Premiers Crus such as Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois or Tours-sur-Marne.
This exceptional terroir enables Cuvée Rosé de Laurent-Perrier to express all the typical characteristics of Pinot Noir: elegant structure, remarkable aromatic intensity and great freshness. The short maceration technique, rare in Champagne, captures the authenticity of the fruit and the depth of the grape variety, without heaviness.

About this house
Bernard de Nonancourt created the Laurent-Perrier style. He made use of traditional Champagne practices, but also initiated and stimulated new technical approaches to winemaking. The result is a range of unique wines, each with its own history and style.
To highlight his champagnes, Bernard had the idea of offering some of them in unique, original bottles. Grand Siècle is the first bottle in the range, inspired by the first 17th-century bottles that contained the first champagne wine.
L'Accord Parfait
Between Champagne and its dish

Inputs
The finesse of the carpaccio reveals the red fruit aromas of Cuvée Rosé, while the liveliness of the champagne balances the melting texture of the raw meat.

Dishes
The fruity aromas and vinosity of the rosé contrast with the umami character of the mushrooms, creating a beautiful harmony of richness and liveliness.

Desserts
The strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant aromas of Cuvée Rosé resonate naturally with the flavors of dessert, in a balance of sweetness, fruitiness and liveliness.
Chef's word

Stéphanie Le Quellec, Michelin-starred chef at La Scène, the gastronomic restaurant of the Prince of Wales in Paris, unveils her signature dish in harmony with "La Cuvée" from Champagne Laurent-Perrier:
a lightly seared langoustine with vanilla and buckwheat, accompanied by its blancmange.
