The minerality that characterizes this terroir produces a limpid, full-bodied Pinot Noir, giving this cuvée an elegant aromatic complexity. After a minimum of six years cellaring, and a minimum dosage of six grams per liter, this cuvée, produced in limited quantities, is ready to be enjoyed.
