The Néret-Vély vintages — Blanc de Noirs, Blancs de Blancs, rosé

The range is organised into three complementary families. The blends dominated by Meunier — Ôde à la Vie (87 per cent Meunier, 8.5 per cent Pinot Noir, 4.5 per cent Chardonnay) and the extra-brut rosé Les Grâces — are at their best as an aperitif or paired with seafood and fine charcuterie. Cabotine (60% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier), an extra-brut with a briny finish, is the perfect accompaniment to oysters and langoustines. The Blancs de Noirs — Les Échalas brut nature from old vines (100% Meunier) and La 5G (85% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir) — bring out the best in roast poultry and wild mushrooms. The single-vineyard Blancs de Blancs (La 20, Terra Mia, La Futée épicée, all 100% Chardonnay) pair well with fine fish and soft cheeses.
