The Barons de Rothschild vintages — From elegance to rarity

The Concordia Brut — 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, dosed at 6 g/L after at least four years’ ageing — is the centrepiece: ideal as an aperitif or with poultry in a cream sauce. The Blanc de Blancs and the Rare Collection Blanc de Blancs 2013 — a late-harvest vintage vinified after a decade of ageing — perfectly complement oysters, lobster and scallops.
