THE CUVÉES OF MAISON LAURENT-PERRIER
A luminous raspberry-hued rosé with salmon highlights and a fine, persistent bead. On the nose, a bouquet of red berry fruits — raspberry, redcurrant, black cherry — lifted by a hint of strawberry and a delicate floral note. The palate opens with a lively, fresh attack; the silky texture unfolds a generous, well-tensioned body, leading to a long, vibrant finish with accents of crisp red fruits.

A blend of Pinot Noir sourced from around ten selected crus across the Montagne de Reims — including Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne — vinified by short maceration of 48 to 72 hours. The Magnum is aged on lees for a minimum of four years, fostering greater complexity and finesse.
Founded in 1812 in Tours-sur-Marne, Laurent-Perrier is one of the great Champagne houses to have remained independent. Under the stewardship of the de Nonancourt family since 1939, it has built its reputation on an uncompromising commitment to quality and an instantly recognisable style: tension, freshness, elegance.
A pioneer of the non-vintage Cuvée Rosé since 1968, the house developed facilities entirely dedicated to maceration vinification. Its Cuvée Rosé has established itself as the world benchmark for rosé Champagne, celebrated by the finest tables and prestigious cellars across the globe.
Its fruity freshness and fine bubbles make it an ideal companion for canapés featuring shellfish and crustaceans.
The rosé's vivacity responds beautifully to the brightness of citrus and the silky richness of marinated salmon.
The gentle tannic structure of the Pinot Noir complements the warm spices and melting richness of duck breast.

I must say, I’m really impressed by this vintage. Lively on the attack, full-bodied on the mid-palate. Quite simply, there’s nothing to fault.
